Directions for Use

• For Hormonal Balance
  Brew and consume 3–5 times per week.
  
• For Fertility Support
  Drink daily, beginning one week before ovulation and continuing through the ovulation period.

How to Prepare?

1. Step 1–2 teabags in 6–8 oz of hot water for 10–30 minutes.
2. For loose tea, steep for 20–30 minutes.
3. Teabags may be reused once on the same day for an additional cup.
4. For a Stronger or Larger Batch
5. Use 2–4 teabags, steep at room temperature for 1–4 hours, then refrigerate.
6. Consume within 48 hours.

• Do not consume during menstruation.
