Directions for Use

• Place one teabag in a cup and add boiling water.

• Allow to steep for 3–5 minutes before drinking.

• Each teabag may be reused 2–3 times until the infusion becomes diluted. Lemon or honey may be added according to personal preference.

• For optimal results, it is recommended to consume this tea consistently for at least two months. Suggested intake is 2–3 cups per day.
