Gout (Uric Acid) Control Tea

Directions for Use 

• Place 1 teabag in a cup.

• Brew with boiling water for 3–5 minutes. 

• Each teabag can be steeped 2–3 times until the infusion becomes lighter.
  

• Consume 1–2 teabags per session, twice daily.
  

• Optional: Add lemon or honey to taste.
