Directions for Use 

• Pour 8 oz of freshly boiled water over one teabag.
  

• Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes to allow full extraction of beneficial properties.
  

• Drink 2–3 cups daily, preferably after meals or when experiencing discomfort.
  

• Sweeten with honey or lemon if desired.
